The successful candidate will join our rapidly expanding Digital Modernization Division. This division is an information technology and management consulting department that provides integrated strategic solutions to both public and private-sector clients. We have the agility, commitment, and expertise to design, build, and operate high-performance IT systems in support of all aspects of our clients' business.
As an IT Technical Writer, you will support a variety of Federal clients including the National Institutes of Health (NIH). You will be tasked with eliciting requirements using various techniques such as document analysis, interviews, use cases, business analysis etc. Your role will also involve translating technical terms into plain language for better understanding. You will be required to research, outline and develop reports on technical concepts.
Your responsibilities will also include authoring documentation for both internal and external publication using input provided by team members and other stakeholders. You will be expected to write a variety of technical articles, reports, process guides among others for diverse uses. Ensuring that content meets high quality standards and style guidelines is key in this role.

The salary range for this full-time position is Ksh 5.7M - Ksh 9.7M annually based on the current conversion rate (1 USD = 107.75 KES as of the time of this publication). Please note that final pay will be determined by factors such as relevant work experience, skills aligned with the role, geographic location and education.
