Job Description

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? Stericycle is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Contact Center team! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries and providing solutions with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle routine customer care interactions and telephone answering service calls.
  • Provide excellent telephone etiquette, listening skills, and empathy in all interactions.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, including telephone, email, chat, and video.
  • Manage multiple client interactions and be cross-trained on different clients.
  • Assist with data collection, order processing, appointment setting, and information relaying.
  • Adhere to the Work from Home Policy (for remote agents).
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong listening skills and empathy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
