Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? Stericycle is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Contact Center team! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries and providing solutions with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle routine customer care interactions and telephone answering service calls.
- Provide excellent telephone etiquette, listening skills, and empathy in all interactions.
- Communicate with customers through various channels, including telephone, email, chat, and video.
- Manage multiple client interactions and be cross-trained on different clients.
- Assist with data collection, order processing, appointment setting, and information relaying.
- Adhere to the Work from Home Policy (for remote agents).
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong listening skills and empathy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
