Job Description
Keystone Custom Homes is seeking a motivated Online Advisor to join our team and help convert online traffic into appointments and sales! As an Online Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, interacting with them through various channels such as phone, email, text, and Live Chat.
Using proven scripts, templates, and your knowledge of the company, you will be responsible for setting appointments, answering basic questions, and directing clients to the appropriate personnel. Your success is vital to the overall success of the organization.
This is a full-time position, requiring 5 days per week, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). It offers a base salary plus a bonus structure, with unlimited earning potential!
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with clients through phone, email, text, and Live Chat.
- Utilize provided scripts and templates to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Answer basic questions about the company and its offerings.
- Direct clients to the appropriate personnel for their specific needs.
- Set appointments for potential clients with sales representatives.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve company goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- A diploma in a related field is an added advantage
- Experience in customer service is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing environments.
- Proficiency in using technology and various communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and remotely once trained.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate or home building industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
