This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Kenya. While we are a US-based company, this role offers you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, live chat, phone, and Zoom to resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Become a Tripleseat expert, troubleshooting issues and guiding customers on how to best utilize our platform.
- Empower our users by creating and delivering engaging webinars and training sessions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Tier 2 Support, Account Management, and Finance, to escalate issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of support documentation, making it easier for our users to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Tripleseat features and functionalities to provide accurate and informed support.
- Assist in onboarding and training new Support Specialists, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
What You'll Need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong empathy and patience, enabling you to navigate challenging customer interactions with grace.
- Proficiency in web-based software tools like Zendesk, Slack, Guru, Zoom, Salesforce, and Google Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can also work independently.
