Growth Marketing Manager Position

Now, we are excited to extend our reach by hiring an entry-level Remote Growth Marketing Manager who can work from anywhere within Kenya or Africa at large.

Job Description

As our Growth Marketing Manager, your role will encompass:

  • Crafting a data-driven strategy for extending CoW DAO's channel reach.
  • Developing channel-specific testing plans based on the growth and marketing objectives of each CoW DAO product.
  • Owning the master plan for marketing attribution.
  • Keeping up-to-date with our attribution-specific tech stack to make informed marketing decisions; troubleshoot data discrepancies as needed.
  • Collaborating closely with the engineering and data teams to set up and maintain performance dashboards; consistently report on your initiatives' performance.
  • Regularly proposing recommendations for enhancing our marketing initiatives' effectiveness based on insights derived from continuously reviewing performance data.
  • Negotiating with media partners to achieve more-preferable rates over time.
  • Generating ideas and specifications for growth hacks, offers, affiliate programs etc., in collaboration with the frontend team.
  • Assisting other members of the marketing team on SEO, CRO, PR, GTM planning, creative etc., based on your expertise and unique perspective on our marketing activities.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is enthusiastic about growth and performance marketing.
  • Can interpret complex data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Can comfortably set up marketing technology from scratch (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Matomo).
  • Works well independently but also collaborates effectively within a team setting.
  • Is resilient, creative, and an excellent communicator – comfortable explaining your proposed initiatives' theory and rationale to non-marketers in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Has a passion for crypto and building a decentralized financial future; aligns with CoW DAO's mission within the space.
