Small Improvements is a SAAS platform company that aids organizations globally, including popular names like DuoLingo, Trivago, and Zapier, in creating a feedback culture that encourages personal and career growth. We're a dedicated team of 15 people, primarily based in Berlin with some members working remotely in the US and now looking to expand our customer success team in Kenya and other parts of Africa.
We are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to building long-term relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate should strive for customer success and look for ways to improve their work continuously. They should be comfortable working with uncertainty and engaging with team members from different cultures.
This is an entry-level position; therefore previous experience in sales, account management, customer success or HR would be beneficial but not necessary.
In this role, your typical day might include:
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with Lindsay Sanders, our US Head of Customer Success. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with our team in Berlin while working remotely from your location in Kenya or elsewhere in Africa.
