Job Description

As an Entry-Level Account Manager, your primary role will be building and maintaining relationships with our clients. You'll ensure their needs are met through prompt response and exceptional service delivery. We value open communication channels; thus, you will act as the key point of contact for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Establishing strong rapport with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Communication: Swiftly addressing inquiries, concerns and requests from clients.
  • Account Coordination: Assisting in coordinating client accounts by setting up new ones, managing renewals and updating client information.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and proactively resolving client issues for a positive experience.
  • Reporting: Preparing regular reports on account performance, client feedback and potential service improvements.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams like sales, marketing and customer support to meet client needs.
  • Client Onboarding: Assisting new clients during onboarding by providing necessary resources and information.
  • Feedback Collection: Collecting client feedback to improve our services.

Skills & Qualifications

While not mandatory, basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software will be a plus.

Preferred Experience

Having experience in customer service, sales or a related field is beneficial but not required. Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools is advantageous. Previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps will be a significant plus.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications or coursework in customer service, sales or account management are beneficial but not required.

Working Conditions

You'll work remotely, allowing for flexibility in your location within Kenya or Africa at large. Regular virtual meetings and communications with the sales and support teams will keep you connected while using various communication and collaboration tools such as email, video conferencing, and CRM software.

Remuneration: A competitive salary range of $20 to $27 per hour will be offered depending on your qualifications.
