Job Description

We have an immediate need for enthusiastic and inspiring individuals to join our team as Online Private Tutors. As an online tutor, you will support all subjects and levels from K-12. This position offers a great rate of pay, flexible hours, and rewarding work.

Despite being remote-based, we encourage applicants who have completed high school education either in Kenya or within the African continent. This requirement ensures that you understand the unique syllabus that you will be assisting students with.

As we are primarily an Australian based child safe organization, potential tutors must comply with certain checks confirming suitability for working with children remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one tutoring in student's homes and online
• Understand and adapt to the unique syllabus per student
• Maintain regular communication with parents about the progress of their children
• Participate in our employee mentoring program for continuous professional development

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Access to stable internet connection for remote sessions
• Familiarity with the Kenyan/African education system is advantageous
