Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Case Manager with strong commitment and hands-on approach. The successful candidate will act as a primary point of contact for clients seeking early release of superannuation funds for medical purposes, offering guidance, support, and excellent customer service throughout the application process.

Responsibilities include

  • Building effective customer relationships and managing the lodgement process under the Early Release of Superannuation initiative.
  • Understanding clients' specific medical circumstances and financial needs with compassion and empathy.
  • Assisting clients in preparing their applications, including collecting required documentation, completing forms, and navigating regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate processing of client applications.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with clients about progress updates on their applications.
  • Making calls to clients, medical clinics while liaising with medical practitioners.
  • Handling a high volume of calls during peak times while managing multiple cases concurrently.
  • Contributing towards teamwork by encouraging sharing thoughts and ideas alongside valuing independent work.

Qualifications

The preferred candidate should possess an understanding of an office environment. They should be capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills are crucial along with proficiency in CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management) for effectively managing client interactions. Familiarity with ChatGPT and Microsoft Office Suite would be beneficial but not mandatory.

Remuneration

An annual salary ranging from $60,000 – $65,000 will be provided based on qualifications and experience. All office equipment will be provided for remote work.
